Our Sunny Return Policy

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, with tags attached). Just like we’re picky about our summer designs, we ask that returns be in resellable condition.

🌴 Sunshine Note: For hygiene reasons, swimwear with removed hygiene liners and sale items are final sale and cannot be returned. This is like keeping our beach towels fresh for every customer!

How to Start Your Return or Exchange

Making a return is as easy as choosing between our Fruit and Leaf collections:

  1. Contact Our Sunshine Squad within 15 days of delivery at [email protected] with your order number and return request
  2. Wait for Approval – We’ll respond faster than you can say “tropical vacation” (usually within 24 hours)
  3. Package Your Items securely in the original packaging if possible

Refund Information

Once we receive and inspect your return (which we’ll do as carefully as we select our seasonal colors):

  • Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days
  • Your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal) will be credited
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable (like the memories from a great beach day!)

Exchange Policy

Want to swap for a different size or color from our vibrant collections? We’re happy to help!

  1. Follow the same return process above
  2. Include a note specifying your desired exchange item
  3. We’ll ship your new item once we receive the return (standard shipping rates apply)

Note: For international exchanges, additional shipping costs may apply – we’ll handle this as carefully as we package our global shipments!

Return Shipping

Just like our delivery options, you have choices:

  • Self-arranged return: You may use any carrier (we recommend tracking, like we use with DHL/FedEx)
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility (unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect)

🌞 Pro Sunshine Tip: Keep your return tracking number! It’s as important as sunscreen at the beach – we can’t be responsible for items lost in transit without proof of shipping.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your summer essentials arrived damaged or incorrect (which we work hard to prevent, just like we carefully select our collections):

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected]
  • Include photos of the issue and packaging
  • We’ll send a replacement or issue a refund faster than you can pick your favorite pool float!
