We ship our summer essentials globally (excluding some Asian and remote areas) to bring tropical vibes to your doorstep!

Our Sunshine Squad works hard to prepare your order in 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

    • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
    • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipping
  • Free Shipping (Orders over $50):
    • Carrier: EMS
    • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipping

Our Sunny Return Policy

We want you to love every piece from our collections as much as we do! If something isn’t perfect, our Sunshine Squad is here to help.

Return Basics

  • Returns accepted within 15 days of delivery
  • Items must be in original condition (unworn, unwashed, with tags attached)
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable (like the memories from a great beach day!)

🌞 Important Sunshine Exceptions: For hygiene reasons, swimwear with removed hygiene liners and all sale items are final sale and cannot be returned. We keep these policies to ensure our products stay fresh for every customer, just like our beach towels!

How to Start Your Sunshine Return or Exchange

Making a return is as easy as choosing between our Fruit and Leaf collections:

  1. Contact Our Sunshine Squad within 15 days of delivery at [email protected] with your order number and return request
  2. Wait for Approval – We’ll respond faster than you can say “tropical vacation” (usually within 24 hours)
  3. Package Your Items securely in the original packaging if possible

Refund Information

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your summer essentials arrived damaged or incorrect (which we work hard to prevent, just like we carefully select our collections):

  • Include photos of the issue and packaging
  • We’ll send a replacement or issue a refund faster than you can pick your favorite pool float!
